Accidentally removed torrents. Can't seed, and therefore can't dwnload

So i encountered the red arrow icon, couldn't download anything and since I'm very new to uTorrent, I decided to uninstall uTorrent and try to redownload the torrent. Of course, I was stupid and didn't look this problem up on the internet until AFTER i removed all my previous downloaded torrents.

So now, after i figured out my problem was not seeding, I cannot download anything to seed and I don't have any existing torrents to seed either.

So.

Anyone have any solutions?

I'm stuck, not able to do anything. =[ I want to fix my ratio.

Reload each torrent into uT and uT will see them if you have still the data associated to each torrent.

NB: maybe .torrents are still in folder %appdata%\utorrent, check.

If not, retrieve them from trackers where you downloaded them.
