Red exclamation point

I'm running Vista and utorrent 1.8.3. When I test the port I'm using it goes to port checker and says it works. But in utorrent it is giving me the red exclamation point at the bottom of the screen and says I need to open up a port.

And about porforwarding rules in the router and uT exceptions in your firewall, did you verify them if they are ok?

Yes, and it can't be the router, because I have another computer that goes through the same router and it utorrent has the green checkmark instead of the red exclamation point. Why would it say I need to open a port when the port its using works fine on the utorrent port checker?

You have to create 4 portforwarding rules:

TCP & UDP - computer 1 (local IP1)

TCP & UDP - computer 2 (local IP2)

You can choose the same port or not.
