Switeck
Try 384 kilobit/sec upload settings from 2nd link in my signature....Then try slow speed section of 1st link in my signature.
philetus
In other words, you don't know why it would suddenly stop downloading in the 500kb range for no known reason?
Switeck
Your problem could be caused by 1 or more of these:ISP throttling, peer/seed conditions got worse because a really fast one disconnected from you, minor networking overloads, internet virus/worm (or really any other program) became active on your computer and is "eating up" bandwidth so uTorrent doesn't get it...That is why I suggested what I did.
