does 2 seeding program clashes?

i have 2 different seeding programs in my com

one is utorrent

and the other is you couldnt care less

so, the latter downloads video using seeds

while the utorrent practically downloads everything, using seeds

noticeably, utorrent's speed dropped dramatically

i just wanna know

does two different seeding programs clash?

and is there a way to prevent the clash?

2 programs CAN clash if they're both trying to access the same file, and one is locking the file so the other one cannot access it. But that only happens while downloading with uTorrent, not seeding.

You ISP is probably hostile to BitTorrent traffic...possibly even making recent changes concerning your line.

Did you make sure your programs weren't overloading your connection?

nope, totally different files from totally different places in earth

(u don't care uses chinese tracker, utorrent uses english tracker)

i don't think they overload my connection

i (sometimes) use a web browser as well

and it works fine, although like 10 secs slower than normal

...Is the signs of overload.

However much upload speed you got, you probably have both programs together trying to use more than that.

Considering you're running 2 seeding programs, probably yes...but only if they regularly download much faster (in total) than your max download.
