Well I get great DL speeds..up to 1meg my NAT stays green and everything but once im done I dont connect to anyone. the nat stays green but I dont get any peer connections..I have1 file that has 36 leachers but I cant upload to it (these arnt my personal files just the trackers I DL) My ports are showing as open when i test them. I have my settings in UTorrent set correctly (I believe). So any thoughts or Ideas? If you need any Info please ask Ill provide..Seems like its ok actually. I guess Im just not connecting because no one needs my shares. My ratios are going up and several passed 1.1 so oh well /shrug guess its off and on. Switeck Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 It's remotely possible that Charter Cable ISP may be disrupting seeding...by blocking most/all peer connections. Maybe they only allow uploading to other Charter ips...or "local" (to the USA) ips while seeding? I've heard they're doing some kind of throttling/disrupting of BitTorrent, but not what.
