Power went out, now no connection on trackers

The power went out in my apartment while I was online and using uTorrent. Once the power came back on, my pc and modem were fine, but none of my torrents were seeding or downloading. Each torrent's tracker says no connection, and the logger on each torrent says:

IPv6 is installed

Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

I use McAfee, so I keep the Windows firewall off. McAfee allows full access for uTorrent. I shut down McAfee's firewall and enabled the Windows firewall, and allowed full access for uTorrent. When I launched uTorrent after enabling the Windows firewall, a window appeared saying that the Windows firewall was blocking some features of uTorrent. I clicked unblock. I am still receiving the same error message about the Windows firewall. When I launch uTorrent, this happens (regardless of which firewall is enabled)

IPv6 is installed, about 10 seconds go by, and then, Windows firewall 0x80070005 Access is denied

I've used uTorrent for two and a half years with no problems, and all of my torrents were functioning normally until the power went out today. Since then I've had the errors I've described. I disabled IPv6 in case that was a problem, but I have Vista so IPv6 was the default and has been in use since I bought this pc six months ago.

I have no idea how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can ignore the error about Windows firewall.

Did you try to update trackers of each torrent job?

Check too your port forwarding rules are correct (same port number in uT, same local IP).
