Every download is denied

Im new with torrents, and i just downloaded utorrent a few min ago, and i want to get a torrent, so i downloaded one, got it in utorrent, but it doesnt download and is denied. this happens with every torrent. please help.

os is windows

version is 1.8.3

update: i deleated utorrent and i am now using bit torrent 6.2
