port forwarding mayhem and such

thanx for helping first of all.

So i recently updated utorrent (1.8.3) and configed it all to work.

However it then prompeted me to port forward. I remember that BEFORE i updated that i had expirienced this problem of not being able to connect. I have tried to port forward but i do not have the authorization to do so (i do not have "authorization".

I have tried everythin in other posts (turning off firewall and so on)

i am using spybot, malwarebytes AV.

I am running on a Lynsys wireless router.

does anyone know how i can escape my horror (as i am in a sticky wicket)
