Vista torrent issues

Hey,

For the last couple of days I havent been able to connect to any peers. I tried the solutions provided on the following 2 posts

Neither worked. Also I turned off windows firewall, but that isnt fixing this issue either.

I tried another client (halite) not getting any speed on that one either.

Please somebody help.

I have windows vista, compaq machine, norton AV.

EDIT: I am able to upload, but downloads are off.
