jestocost Posted July 15, 2009 Report Share Posted July 15, 2009 Hi- Today I was upgraded to Qwest's Q1000 modem. While I'm able to upload and download, the icon at the bottom does not turn green. It's the orange-ish triangular icon which says there are no incoming connections and when I run the test to see if the port is forwarded properly, the results are that the port does not appear to be open. Portforward.com does not have the support for this modem. Any suggestions on how to get the icon to turn green? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
