Problem with port forwarding

I have clearwire Wimax internet. It runs through a motorola CPEi 25150 wireless modem on to a linksys WRT160N router and then to my computer. I have set up a static IP for my wireless at 192.168.1.2 but whenever I check to see if I forwarded the port I'm using I keep getting the IP address of 71.20.202.17. I know that this is my external IP address. I have gone into my modem and port forwarded every IP address I can think of (192.168.1.1,192.168.1.2, 192.168.15.2, 71.20.202.17) and it hasn't accomplished anything. I also have the port forwarded for 192.168.1.2 on my router.

Here is my info when connected directly to my modem:

roller

Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-14-22-F0-64-2B

Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes

Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes

IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.15.3

Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.15.1

DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.15.1

DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.15.1

The info is much the same when going through my router. The only difference being that my default gateway/DHCP server/DNS server is 192.168.1.1 and my IP address is 192.168.1.2.

I'm at my wits end here. I have tried everything I can find on port forwarding and nothing has worked. At the moment I have the red circle and the best I can hope for is the yellow triangle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You generally can't forward ports if you have a wireless connection, the reason being that such ISPs often don't give you a real WAN IP. Your ipconfig output while connected directly to the modem only serves to prove that point: any IP within 192.168.x.x is a RFC1918-designated LAN IP. There isn't anything you can do about port forwarding.
