jasononyx Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Some programs that I have on here have for some reason or other been affected by Utorrent.Some when I open them, like my cool edit, automatically also opens Utorrent, with a message popping up saying "Unable to Load Cooltips.exe the system can not find the path specified."It does this with other programs, sometime not letting me install something due to that message. I also can not use Java, because it stops it from loading also. I have uninstalled Utorent, then tried to run one of the programs, and Utorrent opens up with a pop up message.
