Innersight Posted July 20, 2009 Report Share Posted July 20, 2009 After updating to uTorrent 1.8.3 the program won't download files, though uploads work fine. The program indicates that network is ok.It was an automatic update from 1.8.2.The previous version worked fine. I checked firewall and AV settings - all looks Ok.I use Vista with Avast AV.Any ideas?
