Updating a seeded file ?

Hi,

I recently created a torrent full of daily radio broadcasts. I added an extra *.txt file listing all the topics/guests since the creation of the programme but as it is still aired every day that list might need to be updated from time to time.

Two (actually three) questions :

1- Is it technically possible to add content to a *.txt file (without changing its name) and keep it seeded (with the consequence that the same torrent might then be simultaneously seeded with different contents) ?

2- How else can I do this update ? Do I have to create a new torrent (with only the *.txt file) for each update ?
