NAT & IPv6

I'm trying to download some file from the thepiratebay tracker. There are 691 seeds and 4322 peers for this file. Probably some of them have the valid public IPv4 addresses.

I have the NATed IPv4 connection and the IPv6 connection through sixxs.net tunnel.

Unfortunately, in the peer list I see only several IPv6 peers, and no IPv4 peers at all. Is it by design?
