uTorrent crashes when using Nvidia Application Filter

I was getting crashes with uTorrent and it was unable to generate a crash bump, so I checked Event Viewer and found this:

Faulting application uTorrent.exe, version 1.8.3.15772, time stamp 0x4a4bb1ec, faulting module nvLsp.dll, version 2.2.0.6796, time stamp 0x494aac82, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00007b54, process id 0x1284, application start time 0x01ca0e3285d6c0c0.

I'm using Vista Home Premium 64bit and latest uTorrent (1.8.3.15772). After looking up that dll, I found that it belonged to Nvidia's driver package and is used for the Application Filter.

This tool is used to set priority to network traffic based on first packet (Whatever that is lol). With this turned on uTorrent crashes. I turned it off and I haven't had a crash since.
