TheBenjamin Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 hi,on my old computer i had xp sp2 and it was stable at my limit (48kb/s)now on my new one i have Vista Sp2, I've disables IPv6 connection.. only IPv4 active... windows and firewall ports are open (uTorrent indicates it so aswell), but the upload is on 47-48 and then sometime going down to 44-46, such a thing never happened on my old computer (only due high banwidth usage) that happens to me only when uTorrent is open with MSN messenger and i'm not using the computer... not browsing not anything.what the godamn problem?!
