Access Denied when downloading to USB flash drive using relative paths

Hi everyone,

Im running uTorrent 1.8.3 on a USB key formatted fat32.

incomplete downloads are saved to ..\..\Downloads\~Incomplete

and when completed moved to ..\..\Downloads

unfortunately, when I start a torrent, i get an access denied every time the first piece is completely downloaded.

oddly, the program loads torrents from ..\..\Downloads\~LoadTorrents and saves them to .\torrents when completed, so I don't know where the problem is. The folders are not set to read only.

Edit 1:

if I remove set the incomplete location to .\~incomplete, it works for some reason. The download folder is inaccessible.

Edit 2:

I'll just save the incomplete torrent to .\~incomplete. utorrent seems to copy it fine to ..\..\Downloads.
