bryce1818 Posted July 31, 2009 Report Share Posted July 31, 2009 I was usng Utorrent and i downloaded a few songs and then theprogram just stopped letting me download torrents i looked at the tab titled GENERAL and the availability bar is full and RED. Switeck Posted July 31, 2009 Report Share Posted July 31, 2009 bryce1818, Try the 1st link in my signature, slow speed/interrupted internet part and get back with us with the results...edsierraf, "file error access denied" = hostile (commercial?) software present on your computer. bryce1818 Posted July 31, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2009 that helped somewhat. now i have a full BLUE bar that says 1.00however i am only getting 2 kb/s at the most and thespeed spikes and the drops like a rock after about 5 to 10 seconds.
