Eldoran
My PC crashed and the torrent list was lost. After noticing the problem I immediately backed-up all the files in App Data folder, which included a non-empty resume.dat.old.I should be able to fix the problem by turning uTorrent off, renaming the file and relaunching, but uTorrent refuses to parse the resume file and creates a new blank one on exit.Any tips? The only similar problem I found was caused by a renamed hard drive, which is not the case here.
moogly
How many resume.* files do you have? That sounds like resume.dat.old is corrupt if when you have renamed it, uT doesn't resume all your torrent jobs.If renaming resume.* files doesn't work, use migration guide with auto-load procedure:http://www.utorrent.com/documentation/migrate
Eldoran
A bit over a thousand. In a dozen different directories. Plus a few thousand trash torrent files...Yeah, I suppose it may have been corrupted. I'm reworking through the entire list.
