I have NEVER ever uploaded anything above 80kb/s but i have downloaded past 1mb/s ... so i was wondering if anyone knew what it was that was capping it at 80?I have Max upload & Max download rates at 4000. Number of connections is:Global number : 400Connection per torrent: 200Number of upload slots: 200Ive tried allot of things but its always stayed at 70-80 kb/s .. Also, even if i have 4-5 torrents with lots of peers to upload to i still usually only able to upload to 2-3 torrents at once.. almost never over 4 torrents having any kind of upload speed.
