Jackol
So I've read through various topics on this forum before, and it seemed with the last utorrent update my client has been having problems that didnt occur before. Anyway, by using many of the guides on here as well as the official utorrent speed guide, I managed for a while to get my connection to the green circle with a check mark. However, my client will sometimes randomly switch back to the yellow triangle. My speeds are a fraction of what they used to be. I have UPnP enabled on my router and in utorrent, protocol encryption is enabled, max upload rate is 140, max global connections is 250, max connected peers per torrent is 80, max upload slots per torrent is 7, max active torrents is 8, max active downloading torrents is 7, and I have a 1.5 Mb upload connection. My ISP is Comcast. If anyone has some extra things for me to try, I'd appreciate it.
Switeck
You're running uTorrent v1.8.3 build 16010 right?Have you tried deleting and re-adding uTorrent's entries in your firewall software? Are you able to sustain uploading at 140 KB/sec for over 5 minutes straight? Jackol
I just updated to build 16010 now.Quick question, when utorrent starts and DHT is updating, does the connection tend to stay yellow? Becuase now it's green again.
Switeck
When uTorrent first starts, the icon at bottom center may be missing or yellow...but it should turn green within a minute if everything is working ok.
