Yeah, you have to wait for a new beta build (and use the latest stable 1.8.4 to create torrents if the beta doesn't work).

Any good external application you can recommend for the same - till a new beta build comes out?

Update:- possibly OT DreadWingKnight tried to use your tool Torrentbuild. Now it says that it made the .torrent but doesn't tell where it made. Also there is no place within the UI to tell where to place the .torrent file. I have applied to join your site.

If you make a torrent of a folder, the torrent ends up in the parent folder of the particular folder you made the torrent of

Make a torrent of:

c:\users\harold\documents\bluetooth

Torrent ends up in

c:\users\harold\documents

latest build has issues with speed limiting. (16546)

I've got a scheduler set up as below

Capture156.jpg

However, its being ignored and the upload speed maxes out my connection (current time is 10PM Tuesday, so it should be within the limit period)

I had to manually limit the torrent to get it to slow down (which it did)

none forced. when i tested only one torrent was present in the list.

As said the scheduler stopped the torrent when requested, but when the time came for it to enter the 'limited' time period it just started as if no limit was set.

The setup still offers to create a quick launch icon on Windows versions that do no longer have it. Quick launch has been removed from Windows 7 and is unlikely to return in future versions of Windows, while offering it has no negative consequences, it just doesn't look polished. Setup needs to check the Windows version and not show this option on Windows 7 or higher.

The quick launch does still exist in Windows 7. It's just hidden.

http://www.techspot.com/guides/188-old-taskbar-in-windows7/ has instructions on how to recreate it.

So having the option is still useful for all versions of Windows.
