Connectable but still cannot seed.

So here's my situation. First off, I think utorrent is great. I was a bitcomet user for a while until most of the private sites banned it. The reason why I'm posting this question is because I really don't want to use AZureus or any other client but this one. This is the best out the bunch in my opinion.

So, I'm trying to seed a torrent on a site, but for some reason I just can't upload anything, even when there's just one or two people leeching. I am connectable, which is a good thing, but I just can't let people leech off of it.

Here's the thing: When I'm on a popular site like FL or TL and I leech a really popular torrent, I upload to the max, which is 60kbs. To help my ratio, I like to select a couple of files and let that download to 100 percent and then that's when I can upload for a while until there are more seeders than leechers. So I think there's nothing wrong with my connection or anything like that. I don't think my ISP is capping my uploads, because I can upload perfectly fine on sites with a lot of traffic.

But there are particular sites where I can upload some torrents from my collection to contribute to the site and help my ratio. But for some reason, I can't let people leech. Even when there's 14 people trying to leech, I can't upload anything to any of them. It is really frustrating me.

Is there anyone that could help me out on this? None of my buddies no anything about how bittorrent works, and this is the first instance that I've run into where someone that's connectable can't seed damn thing to the two people on the whole site that wants it. I would appreciate any help I can get on this. Please reply back with any questions that could further help you understand my problem. I would really appreciate it.
