Using Mobile Broadband...Port Forwarding

I have cricket mobile broadband lol...anyway, I get the firewall/router is limiting your network traffic.

I have forwarded a port before, i had a router then.

Any suggestions to what I should do to get a green light.

I have even went as far as turning my firewall off to no avail.

How do you forward a port if you don't have a router?
