seeding not happenning

after successfully downloading, monty pythons complete 13GB, i wanted to seed it back, in the beginning all was working ok, but somehow i managed to lose the file from utorrent, something i pressed wrongly, or whatever, anyhow i have all the files on my computer so i managed to get it back onto uttorrent, the only problem is that it wont seed, or i should say it is in seeding mode, but nothing happens. all the trackers are working, peer exchange,local peer discovery,and dht, are all working, under the general tab it tells me Seeds 0 from 0 connected(1 in swarm)

also i have the green port light, so my ports are open, but it doesnt stay on long!

i downloaded another small file just to make sure that uttorrent was working normally, and it was.

any ideas what i have done wrong or how i can remedy it so as i can seed it back?

What status does the torrent have in the upper section?

in the upper status bar, it says seeding
