utorrent not running on screen

have been using utorrent for a long time. Tonight when I got home from work, I could not get it to show on the screen. The icon is on the task bar and shows that I am downloading and at what rate etc but when I click on it to bring onto the screen, all I get is utorrent on the task bar running on the bottom. Right clicking on this does not open it up...all I get is a box that lets me minimise etc but when I click on these nothing happens. It seems as though it is running but I can not get it up onto the screen to see what is happening. Have deleted programe and reinstalled but still does the same. Hope someone can help,

sorry, but do not understand what you are trying to get me to do. Am not very computer smart with directories etc

Same thing just happened to me. All of a sudden the uTorrent screen will not show, but the pop-up shows it is still downloading. I don't understand this "command line" stuff. Tried to reinstall, with same problem. What can I do? Is there another bit torrent I can use? Thanks for your help.

I am getting this same problem as dscribe above, is there a resolution to this issue???

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this doesnt help!

I have restarted computer and ran check disk, defrag, virus scans, anything I can think of that may have hindered the computers ability to open a program, however nothing si fixing this issue...

Please help!
