Loss of info during a unusual shutdown

Hi,

When the CPU undergoes a sudden shutdown due to power failure, the info on the current downloads, completed downloads as well as other seeds and completed torrents gets destroyed.

Please let me know the procedure to recover this lost information. I have had this phenomena happen at least 3 times till date over the period of 6 months.

Back uTorrent's settings files...recover from them.

I have posted after reading all those that you have mentioned.

My problem is that the entire list of files including :

to be downloaded torrents

completed

active and

inactive

all get wiped out during this abnormal power off phenomena.

I need to know is there anyway i can recover this lost information or the history of my seeding and completed downloads?
