slava_srg
Hi. Again MAYDAY message about port forwarding. If I had a router I could find solution quite fast. But I'm using HUAWEI 3G USB modem and SIM card from Broadband Internet provider. Cannot reach this damned firewall (it is mentioned some on USB modem). Can it be my Kasperskiy Internet Security firewall? I didn't find any restrictions for uTorrent.I'm using Vista but Windows firewall I switched off.I've never seen a green sign at all, only red and yellow somtimes. Please advise!!! The_Nephilim
Basically you are SOL with a 3G ISP connection. they are firewalled at the ISP level..you could try a Tunnel program ??
moogly
3G, sat, wimax... all these solutions are often firewalled and make torrenting impossible.

Switeck
If you can download/upload at all with torrents, that's probably as good as you'll get...a "tunnel" proxy or VPN is unnecessary. However you'll probably need to follow 1st link in my signature, slow speed section...to reduce number of connections at once of all kinds to maximize the bandwidth (percent-wise) spent downloading and uploading torrents.
