bkteria
Hello, I'm new here in the forum, but I'm an old user of µTorrent. I'm now sharing my internet connection, and i have to limit my upload when my friend is online, since he is a MMORPG player, he goes crazy about lags, but he isn't always online, and he doesn't have a fixed time so i can't set the scheduler perfectly, and since I'm not here nor online all the time, I'm want to write a basic C program, that pings his computer, and, if it doesn't have an answer, disable the scheduler (with is set full time limited). So, my questions is: - Is possible to enable and disable the scheduler by command line? or - Is possible to enable and disable the scheduler via URL using WebUI?I'm not very skilled with programing, so i really can't understand anything other then C. so if anyone already write something close to this i will appreciate any suggestions.thanks and sorry my very poor english
Ultima
Nope, not at the moment. A way to do so via WebUI has been requested before, though.
Switeck
1st and 2nd links in my signature could make uTorrent maintain a high download+upload speed with at least slightly less lag. Much of the "lag" is caused by weak consumer networking hardware and software that cannot handle 100+ connections at once.
bkteria
Ok, I'll wait and see if this feature is implemented. Until this, i will try the Switeck advices.thanks.
