dmdean Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 AT&T is my ISP with a 6 mbs download speed and I'm running Vista Ultimate on a newer PC; after spending many, many hours trying to increase the ultra slow download speed of uTorrent I'm still unsuccessful. I have my port forwarded correctly and I've checked with AT&T and they say they do not limit torrents in any way. I have read the setup manual, read the speed problems forum and tried every possible change within the preferences and nothing helps, it's running about 1.0 kB/s. The_Nephilim Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 Do you get the green tick or have you checked to see if your port is in fact opened with uTorrents port checker??How many seeders and leechers are on the torrent you are DL?? are you connected to a lot of Seeders??
