[418] Relevance being rounded down to zero

I am downloading in a 10 GB torrent and only have a little bit left to complete.

As a result, there is nothing in the "relevance" column - previously there was 0.1 and now nothing at all.

I think it very probable that that the amount left is being rounded down to zero, with the result that I have download speeds from peers with "no" relevance. (I have seen this before when close to being complete.)

What needs to be done is either a) use a special symbol for an amount greater than zero but less than 0.05 (such as "tr" for trace) OR display all values between 0 and 0.1 as "0.1".

PS The Bandwidth Allocation feature is really great, but it really needs to be added to the "Add Torrent" dialog - currently I use that dialog to set everything else and then have to click on the torrent in the torrent list to change the Bandwidth Allocation setting. (The whole idea of the "Add Torrent" dialog is to be able to set everything) And an optional "Bandwidth Allocation" column be helpful so I don't have to right-click on the torrent to see what the Bandwidth Allocation setting is.
