Warlord Kentax Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 Over the last few weeks any time that I use a torrent client, be it Vuze or utorrent, my wireless internet stops working. Logging out and back in again doesn't help, nor does restarting my computer, the only way to get the internet working is to do a system restore.I thought it might be a faulty update, (even though I have installed many updates and not had problems for several days on end after the updates and system restoring to a point AFTER the updates still fixes the problem,) so I disabled automatic updates, but the problem has still been occurring.I'm running Vista 64-bit SP1 on a sony vaio laptop (2.26 Ghz dual core intel processor, 4gb ram) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Switeck Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 Try the 1st link in my signature, slow speed/interrupted internet part....And do the 1st link of my signature where it says: "INFORMATION WE MIGHT NEED IF NOTHING ELSE HELPS", if that didn't help.
