Zeb754
I've been using Utorrent for about 2 years now and I just formatted my computer with Windows XP from Vista. Now that I've reinstalled Utorrent my speeds are slowed way down. I've been doing some research and this is all I've found.I went to http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ and downloaded the file that was the exact same size as the one I'm trying to download now. The speed was right where it was supose to be, and my other one is still stuck at 7.0 Kb/s.Someone please help me and figure out what is wrong with this.(I'm using the newest version of XP and Utorrent.) DreadWingKnight
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992It could be that just because the size is the same, the people supporting it aren't on the same connections.
