how to change the peer dl speed update rate?

how do you change the peer dl speed update rate? in peers the update rate that it updates seems to be oh i dont know every minute? is there away to change it so that it is constantly updated like your own download/upload speed?

No, because it's dependent on how often the peer sends you HAVE messages. The peer dl rate column isn't even accurate anyhow -- it's purely an estimate (and a very very rough one at that).
