Wrong flags on 3 Canadian ISP's.

cgocable.net, aliant.net and shawcable.net have American flags while in fact they are Canadian ISP's.

Search before posting please. µT doesn't do anything except show the flag based on the TLD. If you want it to be accurate, use peer.resolve_country

Because it increases overhead (and load on the DNSBL service) for a feature that isn't essential.

use Firon's one to add 161 ISP ...it covers your Canadian ISP's ;-)

CAUTION peer.resolve_country makes µTorrent use a DNSBL service to resolve flags. This CANNOT be used in conjunction with a flags.conf!
