I have already turned off the Windows indexing system.

Any other suggestions?

You can turn on Windows indexing, not the cause.

Possible culprits:

- SUPERAntiSpyware

- avast! Mail Scanner & avast! Web Scanner

Try to uninstall SAS or set it to exclude the download folder.

If it's not the culprit, set avast scanner modules.

Tried both of these and the error still occurs. Any other ideas??

Think it may have been the Windows Media Player network sharing service.

Have disabled this in the services and so far havent had this problem again.
