yellow triangle with high speeds

Here's what I hope to be a quick question:

Recently -- after hooking up a router -- utorrent has begun showing the yellow triangle indicating that I have no incoming connections. This will periodically switch to the green check, though even when it does the port forward test tells me that there's an error. My download/upload speeds have not been affected at all.

I have two questions:

1) Should I even bother to fix it given that the performance of utorrent hasn't changed; and

2) If I should, what do I do?

Look up your router on portforward.com and fix it, being firewalled is bad.
