network time out

Hi,

When I am downloading or uploading something, I constantly get network time out errors. I have to reenter the url many times, before it responds. It will eventually, but it's a pain in the rear. What can I do to solve this?

I'm using uTorrent 1.8.3. Win Xp, & ADSL.
