Li282 Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 DL torrents with Utorrent before and had no problems whatsoever and then today when I tried to DL a torrent, in status, I got an error message stating "Error:Access Denied."Tried fixing it, didn't work. Followed the FAQs suggestions, nothing worked. Please help and thank you in advance.

I have Windows Vista....... wish I didn't after all the trouble it's been giving me.EDIT: Aye, figured it out... pretty stupid what it was. Since nothing was working I decided to search everywhere and anywhere for information on this problem and I gotta thank Jackamo from this link:http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/945261.htmlHe stated that vista has issues and I needed to run Utorrent as administrator... so lame, but it worked. So if anyone else has this problem; right-click the utorrent.exe and run is as admin. It may work for you to. Also thank again for the advice and help. If troubles brew again, I'll be back.
