My Computer's Name Showing Up In Peers List

I have a question and was wondering if this is normal.

In utorrent I have some torrents I uploaded and under the peer tab I have a list of peers.

So far everything normal. I then noticed one of the peers had the same name as my computer. My computer is named -> Eric-PC

I thought how co-incidental. So then I changed the name of my computer to read Joes-PC and then rebooted the compute and sure enough this peer is now reading Joes-PC.

When I click the peer and I UNCHECK resolve peers it gives me the name of an IP address. When I do a lookup to that IP address it is registered to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam.

Now I've never had anything like this before, usually when you right click the peers and check resolve it gives you flags and the name of the ISP.

But this one is kicking back the name of my computer. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

Can you point in the faq where exactly my question is? I did search and searched again, and if it is there I am not finding out why my computer's name is coming up when I resolve peers

Shortly, because the reverse DNS of the IP is "localhost", uT displays the localhost name, that's all.
