What do the colors mean on uTorrent?

What do the various colors mean on the uTorrent program?

Sometimes my download bars are in blue, sometimes red.

The icon next to the torrent list also changes color, sometimes the arrow is pointing down and is red, what does that mean? It has seeds and is downloading.

Is there a manual somewhere that discusses the various icons and colors of uTorrent?
