Ok I'm at the end of my tether with this one, never had this much trouble before

running uTorrent 1.8.4

Private and Public torrents giving me same error message

Tried multiple different ports, all forwarded

All was fine after doing a fresh Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit install then i noticed all my seeding torrents had turned red at some point.

cycled Router, remapped ports

windows firewall and router firewall both disabled

UPnP disabled

encryption forced, enabled and disabled made no difference

bumped up max half open connections with no luck

booted back into XP SP3, no luck, only difference is instead of a connection closed by peer error its a tracker timed out error on multiple trackers.

Any and all advice would be appreciated at this point..

now im getting more problems, no matter how i setup my port forwarding or DMZ, its still showing in PFPortChecker as not forwarded : /
