µTorrent Taking Focus From Other Windows Application

Hi,

I've recently updated my µTorrent to the latest version and now I am unable to run it in the background and use any other application, µTorrent takes the focus and minimises any other application open, even if it's in the system tray.

This happens about 3 or 4 times a minute, even writing this post, I've had to re-click into the Firefox tab 6 times as it takes focus away.

I know it's µTorrent as when this isn't running I don't have the problem.

Is there a setting I can check on/off or something?

(9 times I've had to reselect now...)

I honestly suspect something else on your machine, but does the problem persist with the newest version (download page)?

Okay,

I've worked it out - it seems it's actually the Wi-Fi software from my dongle that's causing the issue:

When µTorrent is running it causes enough traffice to cause the icon to change and indicate this and THAT is taking focus...too weird.

I guess if I can suppress the system tray icon it should be okay.

Apologies to µTorrent.

Update:

Sorted.

Killed the manufacturer software and set the connection via Windows instead.

Job done.
