Usually I limit my maximum simultaneous downloads to 1 so that atleast that torrent can quickly download before the next starts. But as you know sometimes the torrents get downloaded at good speed, and soemtime at bad speeds.It would be great if there is a feature that utorrent can monitor the download speed of the first(active) torrent, and IF it is not getting downloaded at my set max speed, then it can start download of other torrent too so that simultaneously they both can utilize my total bandwidth.
