Own tracker: Connection closed by peer

Good day

I have a problem with sharing a file. I was going to seed a photo album for some members of my family i thought i had set everything up correctly. My listening port is open and i entered the correct ip adress, i did it like this:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port#/announce.php

Then i get the error message "connection closed by peer" and those who are trying to get the files see it like there are 0 seeders

I tried changing the tracker addres to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port#/announce and then i get the error message "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it "

How can i get this working? Any help would be great

Do you actually have the tracker running?

What tracker are you using?

So i am my own tracker, i think? Bit of a noob at this kind of stuff

Did you actually enable the tracker in advanced preferences?

Is your client reachable normally?

What version of uT are you actually using?

I didn´t enable the tracker in advanced setting, doing that now.

I´m using version 1.83 and yes i am connectible on other torrents

Well i enabled the tracker but my peer still can't connect to me:

"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it ".

One thing i am wondering about when i enter the traker address while i am creating the torrent file, should it be announce.php or just announce?

I got to go for a while but i will be back to try and fix this connection promblem. But i probably won´t be able to do it without somebodies help.

Just announce, not announce.php

Is your client able to accept incoming connections normally?

Yes, at least i get the green icon at the bottom telling me that my network connection is working as it should. Here's what my utorrent window with the torrent in question selected
