Upload speed problem2

Hi all,

First of all, sorry for my bad English.

I had only ADSL internet with 8Mb/1Mb, but 2 weeks ago I get new internet: 50/25Mb.

With the old internet and utorrent 1.8.4 and/or 2.0B was everithing okey. But with my new net the upload speed is very unstable. Speed goes up 3,2Mb and after that it slows down 0 and loses the connect with the peers. After that it gose up too and gose down to 0 too. Sometimes It works well abouth 10-20 minutes, but it is very rarely. Download speed is also very low. I used utorrent with default settings, and I tried to reinstall.

I installed Bitspirit, I used the same torrent files (same trackers) and speed was okey. It uploads withs stable 3,2MB.

I use comodo firewall, but both torrent client work as an active (full trusted applycation). Internet connects dirrectly in my PC. I use win7 x64. My connection able to use IPV6.

Please help me, because I like uTorrent very much.

Edit: I set bt.transp_disposition to 5, and seems like, it works fine.
