Removed Torrents sent to Recycle Bin

Cracked it. My fault.

Firstly I'm sure this has been dealt with before - but I can't find any reference.

Recently I've downloaded some torrents and then removed them from Utorrent. Later I've been unable to find them because they'd been sent to the Recycle Bin which had been emptied. The only reason I'm posting this is because I feel this never used to happen. I have "Move Completed Downloads" ( and Torrents ) to C:\Torrents Completed but it seems that, when I remove the torrent it goes to the Recycle without a copy going into Completed Torrents.

Am I missing something or recollecting wrongly?
