Torrents Not Downloading

Torrents will stop downloading approximately 1 to 4 hours into download. Even if I force start them, they won't start up again. I downloaded BitComet and it wouldn't even begin the download. I removed the Roxio File indexer, scanned with adAware and AVG, turned AVG all the way off and began the torrent again, turned off both Firefox and Thunderbird, uninstalled DVDshrink and DVDdecrypter, went through your threads to find similar cases and their solutions, and even changed the diskio.flush_files to *false. I attempted to change directories to accept downloads in a different spot.

It's still not downloading. Please tell me the information you need, and I'll be glad to provide it.
