Warning Screen On Utorrent Start

Im using wine with the latest utorrent.

Is there any way I can stop the warning screen about being scamed loading at utorrent start?

If the warning screen is loaded but ok is not clicked does the webui still function correctly?

While the webui appears to be fine, if the ok is not clicked on the scam warning the webui does not function fully as torrents are not deleted from the hard drive when remove and delete is clicked, and upon reboot they return in the webui again.
